As most people are aware, the Atma grind is a long, slow, tedious grind. So the FC has come up with an idea to encourage members to participate and reward those who do!
We plan on setting up a schedule, two hours a day, three days a week, on a rotating basis to get to all the Atma locations on a biweekly basis.
The schedule will be every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00pm-12:00am (Eastern) 7:00pm-9:00pm (Pacific)

As a bonus, those members who participate in the Atma grinds have the chance of winning prize money every night they participate!
If you receive one of the Atma's during the scheduled farming events, you have the chance of winning one of three gil prizes.
Each night, when a member wins an Atma, they are required to take a screen shot/phone/digital camera pic and upload it onto this forum to show proof of the win. The first person to do so each night will be awarded 20,000 gil! Second place shall receive 10,000 gil, and third place will receive 5,000 gil.
For fairness sake, each player will be limited to one prize level per biweekly period, BUT if they've already won first place, they can still compete for second or third place during the same biweekly period! Meaning, you can win 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place during the same schedule to win a total prize of 35,000 gil!
"But what if I don't care about Atma?" you say! Well, have we got news for you! In addition to the rewarding experience of grinding with your FC mates, on Atma days, the FC will be running the Choco XP actions "Mans Best Friend or Mans Best Friend II. What better way to build a closer bond with your Chocobo, than to achieve Atma wins, AND level them up?!
But whats that you say? You don't care if your Choco always remains a fat overgrown hatchling? Well, we would also like to inform you that in addition to a chance at getting your Atma, Gil Prizes, and Choco XP bonuses, the FC will also be awarding "Door prizes" each night for randomly drawn participating members that include Minions, Craft Mats, and other items to be chosen by Time Lords on the given dates.
But wait! Theres more! Lets say you spend weeks grinding with our events and only have a few Atma to show for it. Not a very rewarding experience, is it? Well, in addition to all the other perks previously mentioned, there will also be an award for the Free Company's Most Valuable Player in the Atma events. To be chosen, Time Lords will keep track of the total amount of play time each participating member has contributed during the Atma FATE schedules and will draw one name each month to win a special prize even better than the previously mentioned prizes, to be announced at a later date.

There are only a few rules that need to be followed to be entered into the prize drawings.
1) Members must post a pic/screen shot/phone pic on this forum proving their Atma win
2) Each member must participate for the entire two hour period in order to qualify for one of the daily prize drawings.
3) Each member is limited to a total prize allowance of 35,000 gil in a two week period
4) Time Lords and Bad Wolves are eligible to win the daily gil prize wins, but ONLY IF a Companion did not post their win within six hours after each nights raid has ended.

Attached are two Calendar images I set up to show the rotating schedule.
We will focus on two zones each night, visiting each zone for one hour, then move on to the next zone for the night. If any changes are made to the current schedule, I will update it here, or we will let members know in game chat. Starting Monday, June 30th, we will visit the Central Shroud (Maiden Atma) and North Shroud (Archer Atma)
I will update the schedule on this site, and we will post a notice in the daily login chat box as well to let you know which zones will be focused on, on the given days schedule.

As most people know, the Atma prizes are given through RNG (Random Number Generator) meaning your prize is determined at random, from the Gods of Eorzea, however they see fit. So you may grind for an hour and receive three Atma, while others may grind for a week and only receive one. While grueling as it may sound, the FC is trying to make the Atma seem like a bonus, and enjoying the mutual time with other FC mates as the real reward :)
Please contact me through here or in game if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions. Best of luck to all of you!!
